## M: THE AUDIO EXPERIENCE

### October 1–28, 2026

By registering for **M: The Audio Experience** (“M”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

M is an audio experience and community focused on money, empowerment, financial knowledge, and a new culture of wealth. **General access to M is free.** A paid VIP upgrade is also available, which provides additional benefits as described at the time of purchase.

### 1. GENERAL ACCESS & VIP UPGRADE

General access to M is provided free of charge.

Participants may optionally purchase a **VIP upgrade** for additional benefits, which may include access to the live panel, the M VIP magazine, speaker gifts or offers, exclusive content, and other VIP experiences described on the relevant sales page.

The VIP upgrade is currently offered at:

* **$47 USD for the first 100 VIP purchases**
* **$77 USD thereafter**

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

VIP availability, benefits, dates, speakers, programming, and other event details may be subject to change.

### 2. PAYMENT & NO-REFUND POLICY

**All VIP purchases are final and non-refundable.**

Due to the digital, time-sensitive, and partially physical nature of the VIP experience, **no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be provided after purchase**, including but not limited to:

* change of mind
* inability to attend the live panel
* inability to participate in the event
* change of personal circumstances
* failure to access or consume the digital content
* failure to attend scheduled activities
* failure to provide or confirm information required for VIP fulfillment
* dissatisfaction with the content, speakers, format, or experience
* changes to the event schedule or programming

By completing a VIP purchase, Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a time-sensitive event experience and associated digital and/or physical benefits and that **no refund will be issued after payment has been completed**, except where required by applicable law.

### 3. EVENT DATES, PROGRAMMING & SPEAKERS

M is scheduled to take place from **October 1–28, 2026**.

The Company reserves the right to modify the schedule, format, speakers, sessions, activities, or other elements of M when reasonably necessary.

A change, substitution, postponement, or cancellation of an individual speaker, session, activity, or element of the experience does not automatically entitle a VIP Participant to a refund.

If the Company is required to make a substantial change to or cancel the overall event, any remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

### 4. VIP LIVE PANEL

The VIP live panel is an additional experience available to VIP Participants.

If a Participant is unable to attend the live panel, this does not entitle them to a refund or compensation.

If a recording is made available, access to that recording will be provided according to the terms communicated by the Company.

The Company does not guarantee that every speaker or guest will be available for the entire live experience.

### 5. PHYSICAL VIP MATERIALS

Where the VIP package includes a physical M magazine or other physical materials, these are provided as part of the VIP experience and are subject to availability and applicable shipping requirements.

Participant is responsible for providing accurate delivery information where required.

The Company is not responsible for delays, loss, failed delivery, customs charges, incorrect addresses, or other issues caused by the shipping provider, customs authorities, or inaccurate information provided by the Participant.

Physical materials cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for a refund.

### 6. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS

M provides educational content, perspectives, conversations, entertainment, and community experiences.

The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to:

* increased income, revenue, or wealth
* investment returns or financial gains
* business opportunities
* employment or professional opportunities
* audience or community growth
* partnerships or collaborations
* media exposure
* brand deals
* financial freedom or independence

Any financial, business, investment, or other information shared through M is provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

Each Participant is solely responsible for their own financial and other decisions.

### 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content created or provided as part of M, including but not limited to audio recordings, interviews, videos, photographs, written materials, magazine content, graphics, presentations, frameworks, documents, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of the Company and/or its respective contributors and rights holders.

VIP Participants receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for their own personal purposes.

Participants may not, without prior written permission:

* copy or reproduce the materials
* redistribute or share paid content
* sell or sublicense access
* upload materials to public or shared platforms
* commercially exploit the content
* present the Company's materials as their own
* record or redistribute private sessions without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from M and/or withdrawal of access without refund, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to the Company.

### 8. PERSONAL CONDUCT & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

M is intended to be a respectful, inclusive, and constructive environment.

Participants agree not to engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, abusive behavior, spam, or behavior that materially disrupts the experience for other participants.

The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the community, live sessions, or other M environments for inappropriate behavior or violation of these Terms.

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the Participant to a refund.

### 9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Participant agrees to contact the Company first to attempt to resolve any genuine payment or access issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

A chargeback or payment dispute initiated in violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

The Company reserves the right to provide the payment processor with relevant records demonstrating the purchase, payment, delivery of access, communications, and/or fulfillment of the purchased VIP experience.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

### 10. GDPR & DATA PROTECTION

By registering for M, Participant acknowledges that personal information may be collected and processed as necessary to:

* register Participant for M
* provide access to the event and community
* deliver VIP benefits where applicable
* send access information and event updates
* communicate administrative and transactional information
* fulfill physical shipments where applicable

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the **EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)** where applicable.

The Company may use third-party service providers to operate M, including payment processors, email platforms, course or content-hosting platforms, community platforms, video/audio platforms, and shipping providers.

### 11. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By registering for M, Participant agrees to receive necessary transactional and service-related communications, including:

* registration confirmations
* access information
* event reminders
* schedule updates
* VIP fulfillment information
* important changes relating to M

Participants may also receive marketing communications where applicable and may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

Transactional and service-related communications may continue where necessary to provide the purchased service or administer the Participant's account.

### 12. DATA RIGHTS

Where GDPR applies, Participants may have rights including the right to:

* request access to their personal data
* request correction of inaccurate data
* request deletion where legally applicable
* request restriction of processing
* request data portability where applicable
* object to certain processing
* withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Requests may be submitted directly to the Company.

### 13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & TECHNOLOGY

M may rely on third-party platforms and services to deliver portions of the experience.

Participants are responsible for having:

* a valid email address
* a compatible device and internet connection
* access to the relevant platforms required for participation
* accurate information at registration and checkout

The Company is not responsible for technical problems, outages, restrictions, or failures caused by a Participant's device, internet connection, third-party platform, or other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

### 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from participation in M.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

### 15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Company, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other rights that apply to the Participant under applicable law.

Any dispute should first be addressed directly with the Company in an effort to reach an informal resolution before pursuing formal legal remedies, where permitted by law.

By registering for M, Participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
